Voices.com Case Study
Space Planning At Its Best
We decided to go in and have a little chat with David Cicerelli from Voices.com. We wanted to get some feedback on his overall experience with the LCS Team.
Voices.com is the industry leading website that connects businesses with professional voice talents. Radio and television stations, advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies rely upon Voices.com to search for, audition and hire voice talents with the assistance of their innovative SurePayTM escrow service and award-winning Web application.
Voices.com has a global network of over 25,000 voice actors in over 100 languages and currently serves more than 107,220 users online. Over 69,662 MP3 voiceover demos are listened to by 1,159,901 unique visitors, creating 6911 job opportunities on average, each and every month.
Voices.com has en ever-changing, ever evolving office. David wanted an office space that would be interchangeable, yet functional and LCS was able to meet those needs.
"I had to identify how many people were on staff and plan the space around that. However, within the first couple of months, we had to make changes," David stated.
LCS brought in the idea of Modular Walls to this space as we knew that this was the best solution. Modular walls are designed with similar yet improved characteristics of conventional drywall. It has been engineered to be extremely flexible and can be re-used, reconfigured and adapted in order to respond to change.
And that is what it did, responded to change.
David also needed changes to be made to personal workspaces and since the furniture LCS installed was modular, it was all able to be reconfigured to meet his needs.
Along with flexibility, personal storage was also important to David and to his staff.
"We wanted a number of degrees of security...we love the lockable storage and lockable doors."
LCS brought in lockable pedestals for each work area where staff was able to store valuables safely and securely.
We are very proud to have been a part of Voices.com's new office.
